I had a really smooth time using reathlete.com. Everything was easy to find, and I wasn’t stuck clicking around a million times trying to figure out where things were, which is always a win. Checkout was quick too, and I definitely appreciate that because some sites make it way more complicated than it needs to be. No weird steps, no confusing pages, just straightforward overall. I’d use it again for sure.

I had a problem with my massager and contacted them about the warranty. They did eventually help and got it taken care of, which I appreciated because I really didn’t want to spend money replacing it. That said, it took a few back-and-forth messages and longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, but not super smooth either. I’m glad they honored the warranty, especially for the price, but the support process could definitely be faster.

I ordered from reathlete.com because my legs are usually sore after work, and I was hoping this would be an easy way to get some relief at home. The shipping was fine, and the product looked decent when it arrived, so I was optimistic at first.

After using it for a couple of weeks, though, I don’t feel much of a difference. Maybe there’s a little relief right after using it, but it fades quickly. When I tried to look into whether that was normal, I kind of felt brushed off, which was frustrating.
For what it costs, I expected it to do more. I wouldn’t say it’s completely useless, but it definitely didn’t help as much as I hoped, and the whole experience left me feeling a bit dismissed.

I got this from reathlete.com and, like... comfort-wise, it’s actually good. It’s not too tight, not scratchy, and I can wear it without feeling annoyed by it. But the fit is where I’m kind of unsure. Some areas feel a bit loose, then other spots feel more snug than I expected, so it just sits a little weird on me. It’s still usable, for sure, but I thought it would fit better overall. I’d give it 3 stars because it’s okay, just not something I’m super excited about

My order did end up arriving in good condition, which I appreciated. It just took a little longer than I was expecting, and the tracking updates were somewhat slow to come through. Not a huge issue, but the shipping experience could’ve been a bit better.

I ordered from ReAthlete and it’s not a bad product, but I can’t say I’m thrilled with what I got for the price. It works fine and shipping was normal, so no major complaints there. I just kept feeling like I could’ve saved some money by going with something similar I’ve bought before. For what I paid, I was expecting a bit more value, and I don’t love feeling like I came out on the losing end of the purchase.

I’ve had my Reathlete massager for about 2 or 3 weeks now, and the battery life has been better than I thought it would be. I can usually use it several times, maybe around 5-6 sessions, before I need to plug it back in. It does seem to run down quicker if I’m using the higher settings, but that seems normal. I took off one star because charging feels a little slow, maybe a couple hours or so. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

This has held up really well. The build feels sturdy, and I’m still using it every day without any issues. Since I’m taking the time to share my experience, I’d definitely appreciate some kind of compensation or credit, but the product itself has been great.
